The list of hotels below participate in the ICC/Durban Hotels Charter. The aim of this charter is for participating hotels to offer standard terms and conditions to ICC Durban clients. This will apply specifically to Association Meetings.
In terms of this Charter, hotels will agree to:

Set Deposit Policies;

Special Conference Rates;

High Service Levels;

Allotments of a minimum of 60% of rooms to the event;

Value Adding such as 1 complimentary room for every 30 (Hilton 50) sold;

No minimum stay
